What systems will this be for again?

I noticed the IGN video under xbox 360. I'm not a fan of the 360 and I'd prefer to play on the PC. I'd hate to pass this game up, that's how much I'm not a fan of the 360. ;) Anyway please tell me this is on the PC as well and that 360 limitations won't hurt game play or the interface like I've seen other games that are PC/Console. Please say this is PC first. :)

That's a load off of my mind, thanks.

Now my only concern, which is lesser, is that 360 interface and system limitations will spill into the pc version.
