City of Heroes Trial

A buddy of mine is trying to get the trial for CoX. And on the ncsoft site he logs into his account, presses Download game client and it gives him this Cohupdater.exe, and he opens it, but nothing happens, it just sits there and says checking updater forever. What is he doing wrong? Anyone else have this problem?

Nope, Id delete it and dl it again.
