Will this game, at release date, have Digital Download & Purchase?

I would very much like to play this game, but will be in Japan for another year or so. The easiest way for me to get up and running would be for Digital Download. Put it on Steam or something please!

No one knows but they could put it on the site like wow does and when you buy it try give you the download option
