Its easy to notice that the game will be initially released in english, french and german, just checking the forums.
But i'm sure people from other countries should play the game too, people with a mother language different from those three, and people that may be more comfortable speaking in their own language.

It should be easier for us to explain and to get in contact with fellow countrymen if we can get a place to write in our own languages.

Maybe not a group of forums, but with a single forum destinated to those who not speak fluently english, french or german, or those who feel more comfortable in their own mother language. Just a place where writing in different languages won't be unpolite.

Just a suggestion.

PD.- sorry for the typos. Spanish speaker here trying to do his best in english :(

I can see Russian included here logically.

But the asian market will need its own website and forums really.

Any other language really isn't worth the effort involved as they will need staff fluent in each language.

Any non english/french/german users will be welcomed (well, english, french and germans too... but they have their own forums, no offense :) )
I know there are fansites in other languages, but an official place where those players could write in their mother languages should be great, shouldn't it?

Is not about traslating the game, but creating a place where players could write in other languages.

Reading again your message i think you are speaking about moderation problems... that's a serious issue.
Either they trust on us, and in the fact that we will report inapropiate messages, promote some users to moderators for messages in that language, or create only subforums of the languages spoken by their staff... I dont know whats best :p

In any case, if we are able somehow/somplace to write in this forums in our mother languages should be great :D

Just leaving them to it or promoting users to moderators would be a liability nightmare. Its just inviting some butthurt foreign guy to sue. They will need STAFF who are on payroll and fluent in the language.

Its not worth the money involved. You'd need multiple multi-lingual moderators to get a full range covered.

This would cost too much and the majority of the western world (their market) is covered by those languages. If they decide on an Asian release then they'll need a new site for it like I said as it is unlikely they'll distribute it themselves in that area.

the Netherlands is a small country, it will be to expensive to bring the game out in Dutch. There will not be enough people to make profit.

i'm not looking for a release in other languages (well, i'll love it, but i know its something difficult). Its just a suggestion for a place where we can write in our mother languages, that is, a forum.

They still have to employ staff for the forum. That could be...I don't know I'll make an estimate in pounds somewhere in the region of £30,000 a year? Actually probly closer to £20K

dude, im from texas so spanish is a like a second language to me even though i can speak it fluently. I know how you feel, i would feel out of place if i was a part of something like this if i couldnt speak in a language that i could speak more fluently than english. i think they should have asian and spanish forums because more of all the of the southern america speak spanish.

btw, your english is very good.

Like I said. In the asian market they will most likely license the game to a local company (if they go there at all). Maybe NCsoft depending on how much butthurt there is other them becoming direct competition.
