View Full Version : Fallout 3 dlc broken steel is well broken
on pc atleast and it makes me very sad, i can't even download it, silly games for windows live client keeps on losing connection.

I hate GFW, its why I havent touched FO3 since the first dlc. Its why I wont be getting any dlc for GTA4.
i only went for the dlc because my bro was kind enough to donate me some ms points.
seriously they should've used steam instead, atleast it works properly here in south africa, gfwl requires you to jump through so many hoops to get it working properly due to lack of official support for the damn thing

Completely agree. I haven't played Dawn of War 2 for so long because of GFWL. I haven't bought any of the FO3 content simply because i hate the idea of microsoft points. If you want to charge 10 dollars for content, charge 10 dollars. Don't make me buy 10 dollars for microsoft points for 8 dollars worth of content.

I'm looking at the xbox.com forum for Fallout 3 (http://forums.xbox.com/745/ShowForum.aspx) right now and I'm not seeing anybody report anything too serious. Some people aren't getting the points for their achievements, but that's all I've seen so far. Haven't played it myself because my 360 train is currently scheduled for a series of trips through Wolverine hack and slash land.

If those people were going around saying weird stuff to you or about you, how would you know it? Doesn't that block them from your view?
It would be pretty cool if I could be invisible to certain people. About a year ago, I tried to trick a guy into putting me on his ignore list 'cause I got sick of his aggressive debating. I don't think he fell for it though, lol.
And as far as Robota, I like the guy. Or girl, or alien hate cyborg or whatever he/she/it is. Unit hates organized religion as much as I do, therefore unit is all good imo. I just like to talk ****, that's all. :)

Luckily, the DLC will be released on disk in the next couple of months.
The Pitt and Operation Ancorage is due out late May, and it's expected Broken Steel (and maybe something else) will be on the next disk in June.

I hate having to keep stuff on my hard drive because I don't have a physical copy. My 360 hd is only 20 gigs and that runs out fast.
And besides, they're sure to have everything patched by then. They seem to have most of it running smoothly already.
edit: I'm talking purely about the 360 version, lol. I totally forgot that most of you in this thread are pc gamers. :o

i wouldn't know, that's the beauty of it .
they could be saying anything and i would be reading other peoples posts contently in piece .

tired of all the epeen waving .....all the little snarky comments .....all the people wanting to put an opinion in when it's not needed ... people here don't talk they just try too one up the other .
like remember ,when you asked why don't people trade myspace ...or show basic concern about lost if he was ok.
because in general their conceded and their only concern is this silly game...
