How do they work in the game? Is it maybe like different endurance abilities have other bonuses towards particular powers? And if there are different types would it be a type for say munitions and another for supernatural, therefore only one type of endurance for type of ability???

I believe what are called endurance powers are merely your basic attacks for building up your endurance bar. Each framework/power set will have one (or possibly more which would be nice) and you can pick whichever you prefer. That power will be your main endurance building attack from the start. I think other powers will have endurance building abiities too but your basic attack will be your mian form to build up energy.

I really wish Cryptic would listen to the players and change the name from Endurance to Momentum. Having an Endurance Bar implies that the more you attack the more energy you'll use and the more tired you will become. In CO it works the other way around - the more you attack the more energy you build up - it's more like a steam-roller effect. Momentum is a way more appropriate name for this and would cause a lot less confusion.

So it's not like in CoX or WoW where you have a limit amount of endurance (or momentum) before you wouldn't be able to use particular attacks if your say melee? You know, use attack 1, then 2, then 3 and oops, gotta wait 5 secs to use another ability? Do all classes work in a "build up" scheme?

You have a limited amount, but you use an endurance building power to boost it, then that allows you to use other powers that require endurance to use.
It is more like 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 3, for example.. Use 1 to build up and then you can use other powers until you need to build up more endurance.
To use a WoW analogy, it is more like a warrior where you build rage, then use moves that drain rage, so you have to build it back up.

And there are no classes.

that's what they would want you to think!!

but seriously i never used a warrior so i wouldn't know, only a druid

Basically, your first two powers are weak, but fast and unlimited. They build up Endurance, and then you can throw out your bigger powers. For instance, you can throw a bunch of fireballs at someone, then come out with an eruption sort of power once you've built up the energy.

Actually it is just your first Power, not your first two. Every character's first Power is the End-builder, and you are only allowed to take one End-builder.

Oh sweet! I like this actually! Ok I dig it!

I think they said at one point that 'most' characters will only have one end building power, but there are some situations in which a character may have two.

No its a no down time system. You use your weaker powers to build up your endurance bar then your more powerful abilities drain it back down, when you run out you switch back to your builder powers.

How did you find out about that? Every video they show the devs are using 2 powers to build endurance, Did they change it from the con videos?

I think you are misunderstanding what you are seeing in those Con videos. As far as where the information came from, there was a recent Ask Cryptic where they state you get 1 End-Builder, 1 Travel Power, and 14 additional Powers to choose from.

I have heard some chatter about a second endurance builder, but as of right now, you only get one.

If I recall correctly it was said that most characters will only have one, but there are occasions where a character may have two. What those occasions might be, I have no idea. I'm guessing characters with both melee and ranged powers, though.
