Will we beable to dual wield pistols in this game is my first question. And my second question is will sheathed and holstered weapons be visible when not in use, I personally think it adds alot to the feel of a game to have the weapons viewable when not in use.

I don't know the extent of dual wielding, but there is a dual wield power.

And I'm pretty sure that there are static costume pieces that show a holstered weapon, but it's not the one that you are using.

then i have to ask this. For the teir system. we would have to choose 2 of them before we get the last 2, or 3 of them to get the last 1 in that tier?
would like a speedster with mines. and melee weapons, and martial arts. but i dont want to waste points on stuff im not gonna use.

Nice looks like dual wielding pistols is in. As to the costume weapon pieces that have nothing to do with your powers, I hope they consider showing your primary use weapons, not a hard thing to put in and adds more realism then drawing 2 swords out of thin air.
Another thing just occured to me that might be simple. In one of the gencon videos they mentioned as an example you find a katana and choose to equip it and unlock the special powerset for it. With special items such as that, an out of use graphic could be applied quite easily and since it is a single rare item your toon would not be buried in out of use weapons, just the single rare they have equipped.
