I don't think it has been confirmed anywhere (that I have seen) but considering the vast cutomization options, it is a likely possibility.

From what I've heard I don't think there's a power that's specifically either, but you might be able to find one of those power replace things maybe.

Here's hoping...I can't imagine a build type or anything that would use those unless there was like a hunting/stealth archtype kinda thing
