I wanted to know, if I open up an account on the computer when it first releases, can I play the same account on XBOX 360 when the game is realeased later on?

You'd likely need to buy the game itself for both systems (Though it might be possible to download the PC version instead) but I can't see any reason for you not to be able to use the same account on both.

Though there is nothing official, I can't see why not as long as you have both versions of the game to play on.
Traditionally your account is a total seperate thing from the game. It can be used for multiple different reasons, so if they do things tradionally and they seem to lean that way on alot of things, you will only need to purchase one account but you will have to purchase two different versions of the game.
