I got bored and started looking for inspiration....say what you want :P
But yea, anyone got any good movies that offer inspiration for like a super powered hero? that just really made you think about it?
Such as like X-Men and those kind of movies.

Fine. Ill humour your post :D

Id probably have to say constantine. (yes i know its not a superhero movie smartass) But its different, gritty has some stunning visual scenes. Its some serious inspiration for me.

Inspirations for heroes I have made come from a variety of sources.

Constantine, Ninth Gate, Iron Man, Hamlet, Blade Runner, Pirates of the Caribbean (all), X-Men (1,2, TV, comic, and the video games), Rockie and Bullwinkle, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, My-Hime, My-Otome, Tales of Symphonia, Tales of the Abyss, European History, Dungeons and Dragons, and other sources I would say.

ugh, movies are so.....straightforward. It's hard to find that kind of creativity from em.

I like to use things and concepts like a speaker, electronics, various helmets and hats...you can always create a character from a hat...it's like hats say all that you need to know about somebody. (so think twice the next time you wear a trucker hat)

but sometimes i do see some things in movies that give ideas like Kill Bill, Silver Hawk, The Green Hornet, Fist of the North Star, Tank Girl.
