I've finally got my hands on a PC that will play Champions Online... now if I can get my house mates to stop sucking up the bandwidth I'll be as happy as can be :p

heard of things to make small areas smell nicer? like a bathroom, closet, or cab?
put some smelly ones out of sight near your friends computers. maybe they wont want to use them as much anymore.

I recommend the orange scented pine tree thingies. They smell like an orange just defecated on your face.

Pull out one of the small wires from his cord. He won't notice it and wonder why the heck his internet isn't working :) Or secretly put up a password on the router so he can't access the internet gogogogogoggoo
