I have a request - can someone try and make Hades for me, because he will be the arch-nemesis of my character, Posydon - Lord of the Ocean, and also his long lost brother. If someone wants to try and make Hades, could you kind of make it some what related to how my character looks. My character is still a high school student, so Hades should also be young :)

Alright well, since we're staying on the "use the creator" topic, I'll show one of three of my Hypnos ideas. With my character, the plot is this: Norman the mere mortal comes across this magickal Pendulum (which he wears around his neck at all times) that allows him to switch places with the God of Sleep himself, Hypnos. As Hypnos appears within the real world, Norman goes into the 'dream world' in which he stays until Hypnos switches back. The two can not exist on the 'physical plain' at the same time, so the only way the two can communicate is through dreams. Well..here it is:

Just take the near-finished costume into Photoshop or even MSPaint and add it yourself. That's what I did for the wave logo on Tidepool.

The Atranarch

The Ragnarok, both the end and the beginning of the universe; where Gods fight alongside the souls of the champions of humanity. These valiant heroes fight against the fates themselves, marching from the gates of Valhalla under the comand of Odin, leader of all Gods. When the battle is met the fabric of the universe begins to unravel, and the fates begin the cycle anew...

This great cycle continued for millenia, with the universe ending and starting all over again time and time again. It eventually came time to break the cycle. The Gods, led by Odin, all came together and held a council, deciding to create the greatest hero to ever exist, a champion to vanquish the fates and be the victor of the Ragnarok. First the Gods gathered all the souls inhabiting Valhalla and combined them into a single entity with all the knowledge from every warrior slain in battle. Next the Gods used their very essence to form a great set of armor to house the entity. This unstoppable master of battle is known as The Atranarch.

As the last cycle was drawing to a close, the fates approached the field of battle. They were never prepared for the hero who faced them. The Atranarch dove into battle wielding a blade whose shape was never constant, formed of the energy housed within it's battle armor. The fates were overwhelmed by The Atranarch's power and yielded, allowing the remains of humanity to thrive and develope.

During the battle, The Atranarch's armor sustained heavy damage, rents and holes spilling the essence encased within. Once the combat was over, the last of the condensed souls poured from the ragged gashes in the armor and The Atranarch fell still. The set of Gods armor was lost to time, becoming intombed in the spiritual realm where the last Ragnarok was fought.

Over the past several thousand years, what was once Odin has been commanding his power to repair the rents in the armor. On new years day in the year two thousand, therepairs had finally been completed. Now the souls of fallen warriors are called to the resting place of The Atranarch, to fuse with one another and slowly bring energy back to the great hero.

Rejoice, Humanity! The Atranarch walks again!

Basically the storyline behind my hero, kind of explains why he starts out at level one and gains power over time... Not really sure about the costume I made using the costume creator, it felt kind of limited... couldn't really make it epic enough :p

Also note this was written at 2:30 in the morning... so please pardon grammar/spelling/sentance structure etc. :p

Dude, that was an awesome story! Love the concept and Mythology you put into it, great job man. I think I may have an idea for an arch-nemesis. Just like how your hero was created by Odin and the other gods - you should make your arch-nemesis created by Loki and the Giants. Seeing how Loki was the cause of Ragnarök, it would fit in nicely.

Actually I'd have to agree with Atranarch. Although the new design looks more like a speedster and not a king/prince of the seas IMO. And I like the somewhat menacing look of the old design, but the new design does look younger and that's what you were going for so good job.

He's my long running Hero concept. Many things change in the many time lines and realities he's been involved with, but a few home truths stay the same:

- He has an Assymetrical Costume.
- He uses a Melee Weapon.
- He has Psychic Powers, including Telekinesis, Foresight and Telepathy.
- He can change his appearance with a Psychic/Optic camouflage.
- He's a Cyborg, normally from the Future, or an alternate dimension.
- He's the reincarnation of a fallen hero.
- He was constructed by the 'Artillects'.

Alright people I need your help. I wanna make a new alt character so I decided to go with an Insect type character. I chose the name " The Grasshopper " so I need you guys to help me think of a suit for him. His abilities will derive from the suit, giving his legs extreme strength. I was thinking the suit should be Green, Black, and have some Yellow in their for antennas and stuff.

An insane vigilante with a terribly skewed view of justice who is having visions of an ancient swordsman telling her how to dispense that justice. She is usually heard talking in old english...referring to Biblical texts and asking her victims to repent right before she kills them and carves a cross in their chest.

I think the costume is a little bland and could use some help so if anyone wants to design her go ahead.

this is my hero i am planning on making. His powers would include staff fighting, some ice melee and blasts,
minor invulnerability, willpower, and vehicles. His weakness is his dodging because of the side of his body that is pure frozen ice (which is harder than quartz). He acquired his powers through a lab experiment.

this would be his first archenemy in Champions...basically the guy is all brute strength. His powers include you geussed it super strength, invulnerability, and animal control. His weakness is a lack a of intelligence.

this next archenemy is probably my favorite. His power is invisibility. He is permanently invisible and has some knowledge in martial art techniques that are strictly non-lethal and will only mez. He does not kill. I have no idea what his motive is but id imagine he is running away from something or someone and doesnt wanna be bothered by anyone...kinda like claude form heroes, except this guy rarely talks...idk i see him sort of going back and forth between good and bad.

this last archenemy would be the final archenemy (i think). His power is martial arts, willpower, and conducting electricity. He cannnot make electrical blasts only transfer a flow of electrons to an inanimate object. Thats where his weapon comes in...i think u get what he does...anyway he is connected to the mob and is somehow relates to the heroes origin.

and done. yea just felt like sharing all that in once post. Any name ideas PLEASE share and feel free to critique anything...but take into consideration i have not planned any really story line yet....and now im done...wait...done.:)

Oh my god dude, you got this right on the money! That is the kind of look I was going for - kind of a fusion between a robotic look like Ironman, but still keeping the the Grasshopper look. Good job man :D

:o I love it when people feel my stories are interesting and/or original. I have developed this character under another name and storyline but I felt it appropriate to design him for this game as well. You could think of this as an alter universe for him.

Preciate it. Bland isn't necessarily a bad thing. You said cockroach was a detective, right? Well he fits the bill, I can see him in an "darker more realislic" type comic. So I think you've nailed what your going for. In a way he reminds me of a batman actually.

The Atranarch

The Ragnarok, both the end and the beginning of the universe; where Gods fight alongside the souls of the champions of humanity. These valiant heroes fight against the fates themselves, marching from the gates of Valhalla under the comand of Odin, leader of all Gods. When the battle is met the fabric of the universe begins to unravel, and the fates begin the cycle anew...

This great cycle continued for millenia, with the universe ending and starting all over again time and time again. It eventually came time to break the cycle. The Gods, led by Odin, all came together and held a council, deciding to create the greatest hero to ever exist, a champion to vanquish the fates and be the victor of the Ragnarok. First the Gods gathered all the souls inhabiting Valhalla and combined them into a single entity with all the knowledge from every warrior slain in battle. Next the Gods used their very essence to form a great set of armor to house the entity. This unstoppable master of battle is known as The Atranarch.

As the last cycle was drawing to a close, the fates approached the field of battle. They were never prepared for the hero who faced them. The Atranarch dove into battle wielding a blade whose shape was never constant, formed of the energy housed within it's battle armor. The fates were overwhelmed by The Atranarch's power and yielded, allowing the remains of humanity to thrive and develope.

During the battle, The Atranarch's armor sustained heavy damage, rents and holes spilling the essence encased within. Once the combat was over, the last of the condensed souls poured from the ragged gashes in the armor and The Atranarch fell still. The set of Gods armor was lost to time, becoming intombed in the spiritual realm where the last Ragnarok was fought.

Over the past several thousand years, what was once Odin has been commanding his power to repair the rents in the armor. On new years day in the year two thousand, therepairs had finally been completed. Now the souls of fallen warriors are called to the resting place of The Atranarch, to fuse with one another and slowly bring energy back to the great hero.

Rejoice, Humanity! The Atranarch walks again!

Basically the storyline behind my hero, kind of explains why he starts out at level one and gains power over time... Not really sure about the costume I made using the costume creator, it felt kind of limited... couldn't really make it epic enough :p

Eternal:I like the design, I really like the heavy feeling it gives off, although the armor isn't exactly designed to kill as it's formed by what you could call the 'good' side :p

B1g: I especially like the last one, A really cool looking hero... I want to try building it with no skin showing though.

The idea here being that the suit of armor houses a maelstrom of souls, keeping away from any decernable features. What I'm trying to get at with The Atranarch is a hero built and fueled by heroes, I want the blade to be formed as souls pour down his plated arm and into his fist, extending into something not wholly solid and that is in constant flux. I want the energy to be barely contained at the seams of his armor, with whisps leaking out whenever significant damage is done. Basically what I'm trying to make is a character who at a glance at the armor seems nigh on motionless but on closer inspection is writhing with the motion contained within... kind of unatainable with the tools at hand and probably in CO as well (hopefully not :p)

I played Atra as a MA/Regen scrapper in CoH. MA because I didn't like the Katana or Broadsword and Regen to simulate the recontruction the armor undergoes when damaged... in the end it didn't really work the way I wanted :(

Also sorry if it seems like I'm trying to hog attention... I'm just really stuck for ideas >.<

I really like your first one :) When I think of an Archer, I always depict them with wings - it just seems to suit them well lol. I assume your going to give your character the ability to Fly, so I would go with the first if he is going to Fly. Good job btw, like the asymmetrical look.

Looks good but lack of color and mask style is a no-no. I'm not a ¡lucha libre! type person. If I want a tank, I would strip off the cape and change color into something little brighter color instead of black, white, and red.

The green color is little funky... did he vomit on his suit or something? No offense, but good creation. =)

This is way off subject, and I'm not trying to steal this game's thunder (not much danger of that), but I found this title earlier. Can't find any info much on it, but it sounds like it has potential. Supposedly like CoH, but offline, with online supergroup team -ups. I think it's suppose to be free/not MMO.
