Hello all...
Yes, I am another CoXer. I've got over 42 months over there.
Of all the many problems I could list with CoX, there is one really big thing that they did right, and that is SIDEKICKING.
I am 36... and a life-long nerd. That being said, I was never a "comic book nerd," and wasn't big into comics, other than reading sporadic issues of Spiderman, or... watching Superfriends on Saturday morning. I also never played in the Champion PnP as many others here have. So this may already be established within the game mechanics of Champions... are there sidekicks?
Can we expect to see the ability in CO?
I have played in several MMOs... and in all of them, it was exceedingly difficult, if not nigh impossible to team with friends unless they were the same, or very close to your "level."
It may well be much to early to be asking this for CO... I don't have any idea where they may be in the creation process at this time... but I thought I'd ask here anyway... just to see.
