pretty much the same questions I asked in the pre-CoH beta days;

(Maveric) How will you be able to determine "more powerful" characters by examining them?

(Maveric) How will superheroes regain health in CO other than the Healing/ Regeneration Powers and Med Kits... Will a hero regain limited health after a full day (game time) passes, like in D&D?

(Maveric) What exactly in CO terms are the differences (if any) between "equipment" and "gadgets" and powers?

(Maveric) How will Psionic combat be handled? I hope that it will not be overly simplified... example Psionic Blast = a renamed Energy Blast.

(Maveric) Will destruction of public property result in fame loss?

(Maveric) What actions (other than getting defeated, failing missions or lack of playing) can cause loss of fame...?

(Maveric) Will equipment effect your character's appearance? For example - If I buy a Jetpack, will I be able to visibly see the Jetpack when equipped or would it be like an Anti-gravity Belt or something hidden under your costume?

Another Example - If I equipped Gauntlets of Energy Blasting (if there was such a item) would those gauntlets visibly replace my costume's gauntlets?

These questions are in regards to building a better Super Hero (Maveric)

Maveric: What factors can affect your Defense /Resilience /Resistance/ Deflection (etc) Values?
Maveric: How many types of defenses are there?

Maveric: How many types of damage are there?

maveric_21474: We know that certain established logo's will not be used but will certain "established" names be banned or restricted?

maveric_21474: What kind of ammo is available for guns, and are there more than one choice of guns? (I was hoping for tranqualizer rounds, flame bursts, armor piercing rounds, and/or energy "stun" blasts...)

Maveric: Will there be any one-of-a-kind rewards, items, costume options etc available? Done.

Maveric: Will there be other ways to "arrest", "detain", or "defeat" criminals/villians other than beating them into submission?

Maveric: Are the powers that we start with, the only powers we get? or can we purchase new powers with XP? (I'm not talking about saving slots or getting additional powers through items etc...)

I'd be cool if we could actually get injured: like break an arm or go temperarely blind. Basic Debuffs but with a long term effect. Something that carries with us, requiring time to rest and recover. I know I know no one but me seems to like being gimped (or much less having problems to overcome), but IMHO it would really give meaning to having a secret identity, go have R&R, out of combat whatevers as we become too brused to really fight back. I dunno, I just really think challanges make things more fun. Coh is just to easy, period. Its wack a mole 500 times, especially once you understand the enemies and what they could do.

Course, I also really liked Contra back in the day cause it was one shot kill and only three lives. And for the record I also approved of the dreaded, feared "Enhancemene Divercification." It was really needed. Some people like God Mod, cause well they feel like God. I like Gimp Mod cause its Impossibly Hard. Ultimately I suppose this is what the Difficulty slider was for but, in reallity it just slowed things down with no real scaleable reward.
