What are we to expect for platforms. I keep seeing threads about systems and about Computers and I don't like 'em.

I'm asking for a Dev source here. Platforms, which one's? (will adapt to just about anything)

It is XP/Vista/Xbox 360.

Im happy we can do XP and 360 and can see myself geting both. Sometimes just better to kick back than be in front of the PC. But my PC is a mosters so hate to make her fell bad by not using her.

Which ones are you all going to play on?

I'd be on XP, but i'm wondering if there will be system interaction.

Also, if it IS on a console, they should offer n in-game voice chat system.

I will probably end up getting it on Vista (dont hurt me for liking Vista) and the 360...that way I can play it however I feel like. According to the GI article it will be a cross platform game so that makes me happy.

Eurogame, which was quoted by Joystiq, said that during the GDC '08 they were told "Consoles" plural.
Can a DEV please clear this up? I'm a Drooling Sony Fan-Boy from WAY back and feel that Bill Gate$ should have been spanked more as a child. They way he treated Jobs and Woz when they were just plinking around in the garage together... Screams "Only Child"...

Will it be possible to play on the same account if you purchase both the PC and XBox 360 versions?

I ask this because I will often go to a friend's house and play COX even when I am not home and I still want to have the freedom to play with my character whenever and wherever I want. This also important because I will probably prefer to play it on the 360 instead of the PC because my current gaming set up is much nicer on my TV compared to my PC. Also, since the game is being designed as an "Action MMORPG" one might assume playing with a console controller would feel more natural than a keboard and mouse.

I would also like to see some sort of a price discount for those who will be playing Champions on multiple platforms instead of just making us buy the game twice without being given any sort of benifits. For example, months with no suscription fees, a special edition package with both PC and Xbox 360 version inside, or even just throw in the second version of the game for free.

No confirmations on ps3 as of yet and I wouldn't hold my breathe for it.

How many people do you think would actually WANT two different copies of the game? They're not going to sell bundles that have a copy of the game for each system, when it's the SAME game. That's just... stupid.

I understand wondering if your account will work on either platform, since they play together. Makes sense, too, as some of my friends will probably have it on PC and I might want to play it there, even though I'll have it for X-Box 360.

O I really hope there will be like a 2 disc version or it actually sells as a package so you can play on console and PC I would be so happy! MPMMORPG (Multi Platform Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) Ha my coworker just got down saying MMORPG really fast (weird she can't say it fast huh) Now she has to learn this new letter sequence.

Since the only graphical MMO I have ever played was Final Fantasy online, I can't speak for all the games out there, but the model I am familiar with doesn't allow for two players to be logged in on the same account at the same time. Since FFXI was cross platform, I did know a few folks who would "two-box", that is have two systems running the game on two seperate subscriptions. These are the folks who could Power Level themselves... Then you have Husband and Wife teams, Father and Son, etc...

Then there was the guy I knew who had the PS2 version in his dorm, and the PC version at home. Running the same account.

Getting a bundle with both versions was just spouting suggestions in the realm of possiblity. I would think that the devlopers and Cryptic would want reward their consumers for such a substantial monitary commitment to the game and their company thats all. A bundle with boths versions in it whether it be more expensive or not is just one example out of any number possible ways all the content of Champions has to offer may be easily and inexpensively brought to the consumer.

I've been saying the same money thing, but regarding a PS3 port. ( more systems, more customers. *elbow-nudge* *hint-hint*)
So far, I can't even get a Dev to comment...
