For everyone who is getting the "No Shards Found" error and you have a key that allows you to get into the Head Start Program (look at this page to see if the store you pre-ordered from has Head Start access,

To create a support ticket,
a.) go to
http://www.champions-online.com/support
b.) log in with your Champions Online account (or create one if you do not already have one)
c.) Under the Technical Support section click on the My Help Tickets
d.) Click Create New Ticket
e.) Click on Tech issues
f.) Click on Connection Issues
g.) In the Search dialog box type in "No Shards Found" and click search
h.) Click on 'My issue isn't listed here, create a new one!'
i.) Fill in the summery as "No Shards Found" and in the description put a summery of your issue.
