No more Lifetime memberships

So, I just logged in today to find there are no more "deals"

I was under the impression we had until release date. Now it looks like I've been screwed out of the deal due to them being "sold out." This is the first I've even seen that they may be "limited". Am I missing something (is there a way to get in on the deal still? I was seriously considering whether to buy lifetime for *two* accounts, so hadn't even paid for mine...

I just can't stomach paying $15/mo, considering I was mauled by CoX for over 5 years of payments.

Grrrrrrrrrrr...

Nope. They are gone. And they only lets us know about it around 6pm last night with only 1000 accounts left. This gave 0 notice to come up with money quick enough. I'm REALLY ticked about it.

Bah... I was still deciding whether or not to buy the game, but was probably going to get a lifetime if I did... I don't care in the least about STO, can I get one without the beta admission if that's the problem?

It was always stated it was a limited time offer. I realize people wanted to weigh all the options before coming to a conclusion, but claiming Cryptic gave you no warning that it wouldn't always be a choice is false.

I was planning on buying two Six Month subs on Friday. Why Friday? That's payday.

Can someone in Cryptic please give us some details on the additional 6mo/lifetime subs?

I'd like to know what the costs are, and what benefits are included in them (extra slots, costumes, Star Trek Online Closed Beta Access, etc)

Yeah, but the "Limited Time" Was never told that it had a limited amount- They had said we had until Sep. 1st, I don't remember coming across something else suggesting there was also limited spaces, heh. I could have missed it, but still, darn.

Zero notice? On the 20th they warned people that it would be ending "soon." On the 24th they announced there would only be 1,000 more. You had 5 days notice to make up your mind. 5 days notice is not 0 notice.

I was also considering the Lifetime account, and believed to have 'till Sept 1st to decide. Payday is this Friday, and now I have no option to purchase it. This is very disappointing me, especially if I can't (at least) get the discounted 6 month one by the time I get off work!
