Why delete the announcement that said "until September 1st?"

For those who say that you knew for a long time that there were limited supplies, I'll have you know that the original announcement in the forums did NOT say that and was changed AFTER they posted that.

How do I know? They posted the exact same announcement as in the STO forums and here's what it said:

Now, the funniest thing is that the announcement was still active in the STO forums at around 2:00am central time and they had already updated it to say that they had sold out of subs. However, this morning they decided to delete it entirely. I wouldn't be surprised if they remove it from Google cache soon or update the cache so people can't see that it originally said nothing about "limited supplies."

So, why delete the announcement, Cryptic? If they're simply deleting an outdated announcement, why didn't they delete the one in these forums that they already changed to say "until supplies last?" Why only delete the one that proves that you didn't say that originally?

Someone was able to find the Google cached of the famous oft-quoted post by Daeke. The one that Luclin999 claims he sent on an email to his friend on the 5th and the one Vampstar claims that his guild site copy pasted on 3rd:

Thanks for lying and trying to defend and cover up for Cryptic for now apparent reason. Why are you lying for Cryptic? I have no idea. No wonder Vampstar never showed me his guild site.
